The volunteers of SOS are happy to help where we can. But we're also very busy getting our own artwork ready for this year, too! Before you email asking for help. Try finding the answers here:

I missed the last meeting. Are there minutes?

Is it too late to change my image?
Can you change my description for me?

When is the Artist Choice Drop-Off? Reception? Pick-up?
What are the size limits for the Artists Choice Show?

When can I get Postcards? Posters? Mapbooks? Balloons?
Are there templates for Custom Postcards, web banners and yard signs?
I can't login to my Profile!

Minutes for most of the SOS meetings are available by clicking the "Meeting Minutes" link on the left. If the minutes are not there for the meeting you're interested in, either we don't have minutes, or we haven't gotten them up yet.

You can edit your Artist Page on the website any time. This includes your images and your Artists Statements. You can put a new picture up every day if you want! Login to access your Profile. Look for Update links on the Left Menu.

The information for the printed mapbook can no longer be changed.

These are now available as of April 15. Follow this link for full information.

Print your own - Templates for postcards and yard signs are available under Promotional Graphics on the Left menu. Download these .pdfs and drop them into any layout program you are comfortable using. You can make 4 x 6 Postcards or can re-size them for a letter-sized flyer. If you don't know how to use any layout program you can always pick up the general SOS postcards to use.

YES! Improve SOS visibility. Help people know there's an event coming! Help people find your site. Get your own custom SOS Yard sign and put one out up to two weeks before the event. (Two-weeks before is VERY, VERY SOON).

Yard sign templates are available under Promotional Graphics on the Left menu. Pick the one you want, download it and customize it, then order it on line from GotPrint.com. Or can order it exactly as is, then write your site number in by hand with a marker when it arrives, too.

Sorry, we could not order signs for everyone. If you want one, please order your own on-line. If you've never used an on-line print order site before, ask a friend to help you.
