Artist's Statement

I am a Designer and Milliner specializing in the art of making hand sewn hats and fascinators.
I started making hats 25 years ago after a friend developed Cancer and lost all her hair, I was a fashion student at the time and the hat seed was sewn. No pun intended.
With a passion for the 1920's era and the Flapper style, my hats and fascinators have a period feel with a modern twist.
Because I have an insatiable appetite for fabrics and embellishments l am always making something new. Couple that with a love for helping women feel beautiful and you have Boston Millinery!
