I first became interested in photography while working in Ukraine as a Peace Corps Volunteer. Living abroad helped me to pay more attention to the details of my surroundings and photography helped me capture my observations. It's more difficult to live with this kind of heightened awareness at home, but photography has been a way for me to find new and interesting experiences in my everyday life. |
